- Another professional association contracted with HCG to develop
and produce
print-based
informational brochures used by health department epidemiologist
to identify and monitor environmental and occupational public
health indicators.
- HCG conducted the market research and developed a multi-pronged
social marketing plan, strategies, and materials for a division
within a federal agency targeted to promoting a new post-graduate
training program nationally. The results of this research which
included focus groups, key informant interviews and analyses
of
potential
applicant pools and recruiting strategies lead to the development
of three print-based promotional brochures targeted to differing
audience segments.
- HCG personnel worked with a state health department to develop,
implement, and evaluate a statewide health communications plan
(including consumer research to develop messages, materials,
and identify appropriate distribution channels) targeted to
enhancing utilization of their Women, Infants, and Children
(WIC) Program. Strategies and materials produced included point-of
purchase displays in service provider offices, laundromats,
churches, pharmacies, print-based informational brochures, as
well as television and radio PSAs.
