Strategic Planning, continued
|
 |
- A state health department contracted with HCG personnel to
help the agency evaluate the impact of managed care on its operating
environment and to develop a plan for repositioning the agency
to operate more efficiently and effectively.
- A well-established professional association had previously
developed a broad-based strategic plan that needed revision
in order to realign the organization's mission, vision, goals,
and strategic actions with rapid growth, leadership changes,
and expansion of its member's roles and responsibilities nationally.
HCG personnel facilitated the planning process with the Board
of Directors and selected stakeholders to identify strategic
issues, establish operational priorities, and develop action
plans for addressing those priorities.
